Respected sir,

This is in continuation of this union letter even no. dated 21-12-2019, 26-12-2019 & 13-03-2020

 

In this regard your honour is requested to please circulate above order/clarification to all Divisional heads for implementation of orders in true spirit, Where in it is clearly mentioned in para no. 2 that “the first increment in the level applicable to the post which promotion in made shall accure on the following 1^st July or 1^st January as the case may be provided a period of six months qualifying service is strictly fulfilled.”  This union has received various representation that even though they have completed 6 months qualifying service i.e. 180 days from 2^nd July to 1^st January (both inclusive) are denied next 1^st increment on 1^st January on MACPS due to one day non qualifying service but completed 180 days (i.e. Six Months) qualifying service.

         Your honour is requested to look into the matter personally so as to avoid loss of pay towards fixation of pay of innocent staff working under your jurisdiction. I shall remain highly thankful to you for the same.
