& T Manual Volume IV : Request for issue supplementary transfer orders in
place of unwilling officials.

Firstly,
this is union is very much thankful to your kind honour for issuing orders
under rule 38 of P& T Manual Volume IV.
This union is brought to
notice that some officials are shown their unwillingness to join after transfer
orders under rule 38 to new divisions due to their personal problems in changed
situations.
Due to non joining of these
candidates or shown their unwillingness to join their newly allotted divisions
or stations of posting these posts are remained vacant and till there some willing officials are waiting for transfer. It
is therefore requested to please issue supplementary order of transfer under
rule 38 in respect of next willing officials who are waiting for transfer
especially on the spouse /marriage ground. It is also requested to give suitable
instructions to divisional heads for relive the approved candidates who are
willing for transfer under rule 38 and then issue the consolidated
supplementary order under rule 38 in place of unwilling officials to avail
benefits of transfer by next willing officials as a welfare measure.
Your honour is urged look into the matter personally cause to issue
favourable order. I shall remain highly thankful to your kind honour for the
same.
