Regarding clearance of probation period & issuance of confirmation order in time : Case of clerical staff (PAs) MMS divisions.

Sub: - Regarding clearance of probation period & issuance of confirmation order in time : Case of clerical staff (PAs) MMS divisions.

 

Respected sir,

 

           This is in continuation of this union letter even no, NFPE/MH/RIII/Probation/Confirmation order/36/2020-21  Dtd 11-01-2021. This union has brought to notice that the confirmation orders were held up in respect of clerical Staff (PAs) of MMS Mumbai who completed more than two years of service for non deputation to induction training after appointment or non completion of induction training.   

 

          In this regard, your honours kind attention is invited on Director General P&T New Delhi  No. 164/8/64 –SPB.I dated 13-06-1986  regarding training of clerical staff in MMS organization – Syllabus for, in which it was decided to MMS unit as separate unit whether through direct recruitment or by promotion of departmental candidates should before their actual appointment in the clerical cadre, be given on the JOB TRAINING for a period of 3 months  as per details below.

 

1. Admn. and Accounts Branch in MMS            :         4 Weeks.

2. Traffic Branch in MMS                                  :         3 Weeks.

3. Workshops and Stores Br. In MMS               :         3 Weeks.

4. IN Head Post office                                       :         1 Week.

5. In MMS Divisional office                                :         1 Week.

 

As per knowledge of this union, there is no any module for training to MMS PAs has been developed by the department till the date as per training policy and all new recruited candidates or departmental candidates being given the job training at MMS units as per syllabus prescribed by the directorate vide above said communications.

 

It is, therefore, requested please give suitable instructions to Sr. Manager, MMS Mumbai and other Managers of MMS Divisions in Maharashtra Circle accordingly so as to issue the confirmation orders in respect of candidates (MMS PAs/Clericl Staff) who completed two years service and completed job training or ask them to arrange the job training or induction training as the case may be,  if not given. I shall remain highly thankful to your kind honour for the same.
