Subject: Regarding long pending of TA
bills due to non allotment of funds to MM region.
Respected Sir,
This union has
brought to notice there are huge number TA bills are pending since 2017 for
want of funds.
Your honour is
kindly recall our discussion held in bi monthly meeting held in June 2014 where
in your honour has assured for clear all pendency of TA bills.
It is
again brought to notice of this union that still TA bills in respect of
officials who deputed for various in service training at PTC Vadodara or RPTC
Nashik including induction training are not settled by divisional heads for
want of funds.
It is also
brought to notice of this union that
divisional head are denied TA advance for officials who are deputed for
training. Hence kindly give suitable instructions to all divisional head to
sanction all TA bills and grant TA advance well in advance to staff who deputed
for training so as to cope up their expenditure towards travel and food. It is learnt that here is no sufficient fund was
allotted in head of Mail and Sorting by
CO Mumbai and allotted fund for administration only.
It is therefore urged to your
goodself personally look into the matter to cause allotment adequate fund to MM
region by circle office to avoid liability towards pending TA bills of at the
earliest. I shall remain highly thankful to you for doing the
needful.
