Respected sir,
This is regarding filling
up of various posts of artisans, mechanics and drivers in MMS divisions in
Maharashtra circle.
This union has brought to
notice that there is number of posts of mechanics, artisans and drivers are
vacant since last two years for want of filling up. In this regard it is
brought to notice of your honour that the issue was already discussed in four
monthly meeting where in your honour has assured that the posts will be filled
up regularly as per recruitment rules where as the posts are still vacant. Even
though some divisional head has issued notifications for the same but the
process is not completed till the date. Now new vehicles are provided to MMS
depot but due to shortage of mechanics and artisans these vehicles not being
maintained properly.
It is therefore urged to
look into the matter and give suitable instructions to all divisional head to
finalize the process of recruitment in respect of mechanics, artisans and
drivers at the earliest for smooth functioning of MMS divisions. I shall remain
highly thankful to you for the same.
