form of personal pay to Central Government Servants for participation in
sporting events and tournaments of National or international importance , in

Respected Sir,
This union has brought to notice regarding non grant of special
increment in the form of personal pay to sportsman of Maharashtra Postal Circle
for participation in sporting events and tournaments of National or
international importance in Maharashtra Circle.
In this regard kindly refer this union
communication on the subject dated
16-05-2019. It is sorry to say that till
the date circle office has not taken any fovourable action regarding special
increment in the form of
personal pay to sportsman of Maharashtra Postal Circle for participation in
sporting events and tournaments of National or international importance as per
instructions/guidelines of 7th CPC. Recently all players of
Maharashtra circle have won various medals in various sports events at all
India level but they are still deprived from the special increments.
Your
honour is requested to please look into the matter and give suitable
instructions for grant of special increment in the form of personal pay for
participation in sporting events and tournaments of National or international
importance in Maharashtra Circle to motivate the sports persons in our circle
in accordance with the directorate order No. 14-01/2013-PAP dated 14-06-2018.
