Sub: Regarding harassment of staff of MMS Pune by
the administrative office of MMS Mumbai
Respected
sir,
This
union has brought to notice that the staff of MMS Pune is being harassed by
administrative staff of MMS Mumbai.
This union has received joint letter
from the divisional Secretaries of NFPE RIII and FNPO RIII MMS Pune on the
subject cited above. The copy of letter is attached herewith for your honours
kind perusal please. In this regard, it is to intimated that due to non arrival
of MMS schedule from Pune Mumbai , the
driver of Pune MMS has requested for duty for Mumbai Pune then the
administrative office has denied for their duty and asked to confirm your duty
from Pune MMS and hence the driver of Pune MMS is became spare and he requested
to drop at Pune by MMS schedule at 1.00
AM dated 04-07-2019 but as per direction of Deputy Manager , MMS Mumbai he was
refused for perform traveling his own sources. Due to heavy rain and
dislocation of road transport the driver has to face many problems for his
return journey even though there is one departmental schedule of MMS running
from Mumbai to Pune.
The staff of MMS Pune was directed to
take rest at tin shade behind the MMS office where atmosphere was dirty and not
cleaned having mosquitoes. The staff is required peaceful rest so as to perform
steering duty at night and heavy traffic and Ghat journey. It is also brought
to notice of your honour that the duty of Staff of MMS Pune is ends at Airport
and started next day from Mumbai GPO which is inconvenient where as the MMS
vehicle from Pune MMS is running from Pune to NSH Mumbai premises. It is
therefore the drivers of MMS Pune are
requested from drive the vehicle from MMS Pune depot i.e. Pune to NSH Mumbai
and Back due to non co operation of administration of MMS Mumbai.
Your honour is requested to kindly do
the needful and give suitable instructions accordingly. I shall remain highly
thankful to your honour for the same.
