This has reference to directorate
communication on the subject cited above. (Copy enclosed).
In
this regard your honour is requested to kindly refer this union communication
no. MH/R-III/WL -Appointment/04/2018-19 dtd
19/04/2018 where in this union has requested to release waiting list new recruited Postal/ Sorting Assistant
recruited for the year 2013-14.
Now Directorate has intimated that the recruitment process
for PA/SA Examination 2013-2014 is still in progress and yet to be concluded
and competent authority has decided to operationalize the waiting list for
aforementioned examination for Haryana, Uttarakhand and Maharashtra circle. Afetr announcement of result for the 2013-14, some
candidates were not joined their duties or not shown their interest to accept
offer in Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant cadre hence some posts for the
particular vacancy year are remained unfilled for want of release waiting list.
There are number of posts are remained vacant and the burden of workload is
required to shoulder within available manpower.
Your
honour is requested to release/activate waiting list of eligible candidates for
the year 2013-2014 and allot the candidates to Postal and RMS divisions at the
earliest as per directions from competent authority.
Your honour is urged look into the matter personally to
overcome the shortage of staff and smooth functioning of our circle. I shall
remain highly thankful to your honour for
the same.
