This
has reference to communication on the subject cited above.
As per orders cited above various sections
will resume from 1st July 2020.
While the resumption of sections as per the guidelines issued by the directorate
provision of standard quality protective gears as detailed below and other
facilities to each of sectional staff to be deputed on sectional duty may
please be ensured.
- Face
Shield to each staff
- Mask :
2 each
- Hand
Gloves (washable) : 2
pairs to each
- Sanitizer
- Soap/Liquid
Hand wash
- One
tea thermos to each of sectional staff
- One
10 ltr water jug for each section
- Hand-held
sprayer to sanitize the bags received in the section.
- Sanitization
of rest houses on a daily basis.
- Arrangement
of meals for the sectional staff staying in Rest House.
Your honour is
requested to please issue instructions to all regional heads and divisional
heads to follow all guidelines scrupulously in true spirit.
The control room please be established to monitor all welfare issues of
sectional staff regularly. I shall remain highly thankful to you for doing the
needful.
