Respected sir,
This is regarding observation public curfew on 22nd March,
2020 for precautions towards COVID-19 Corona virus as per appeal by Honourable
Prime Minister.
Since honourable Prime Minister has
appealed on National Television to observe Public Curfew on 22nd
March, 2020 from 7.00 hrs to 19.00 Hrs, RMS staff is required to perform duty
round o clock hence they are enquired whether RMS offices and MMS offices
remained opened on Sunday at the time of public curfew or otherwise. It is very
difficult to staff to attend on duty on Sunday due to public curfew hence it is
requested to please the mail offices, Booking Counters and Mail Motor service
for the period of Public curfew may keep closed. All staff is willing to
participate in public curfew.
Your honour is requested please give suitable instructions to all
divisional heads to close all mail offices and MMS service during the period of
public curfew. I shall remain highly thankful to you for the same.
