Respected sir,

This has a reference to this union communication no.  MH/RIII/AIC/Special Leave/40/2019-20 dated 14-02-2020 regarding Request for grant special casual leave for AIC/CWC scheduled to be held at Patna (Bihar).

In this regard, it is intimated that the General Secretary, AIRMS & MMS EU Gr C Chq New Delhi has inimated vide his letter no. RIII/52/44 dated 18-03-2020 addressed to Secretary Post that the 33^rd Biennial conference of  AIRMS & MMS EU Gr C to be held at Patna from 08-04-202 to 10-04-2020 has been postponed in view of prevailing Novel corona virus (COVID-19) situation.

Revised dates of AIC will be intimated separately. This is for information please.
