Respected sir,
This is regarding the arrangement of local
induction training to newly recruited
Postal and Sorting Assistant.
Firstly,
this union highly thankful to your honour for declaring
the result for the year 2013-14 by taking initiatives
from your end. Now a number of newly
recruited Postal and Sorting assistant is
likely to join in this month after due formalities of recruitment. As per new
amendment of rules, they may be given direct appointment letter before
induction training thereof. Your honour
is well aware that our circle is facing acute shortage of manpower of Group C
due to non-recruitment of Group C
category as per requirement for a long period.
The newly recruited candidates could not utilise
at higher responsibility posts before completion of induction training as per
guidelines on the subject. They could
not give justice for public mail who
would work lack of knowledge as they selected through the competitive exam and required to complete
theoretical as well as practical induction training
to keep updated skill for their job. Deputation for induction training
to PTC can take a lot of time due to limited seats may be available at PTC
and now result for 2015 is also declared by Staff selection and result for 2016
is awaited.
It is
therefore requested to your kind
honour to set up local training centres at every region for induction training
to newly recruited candidates to cope up the work
load of our department by actual functional knowledge and ruling of the department.
