Maharashtra circle working council meeting held
at Pune on 12 & 13-01-2014 under the president ship of Com. V N Kulkarni.
During the open session at 10.00 AM on
12-01-2014 circle working council, the
Maharashtra state study camp inaugurated by Com K K Thekedatta President,
Mumbai Teachers & University Association who have taken class on Government
policy and challenges of working class. Com. R P Singh, Secretary, COC,
Maharashtra state took class on Central Government Employees movement and
role of COC & NFPE, Com. D K Rahate
President, All India Postal & RMS Pensioners Association & EX President
NFPE took class on Disciplinary Proceedings & Welfare, Com. P S Pande Ex
President of NFPE has took class on role
& Functioning of union on
JCM, RCM, Circle level & Divisional level. Com. H M Gedam Circle Secretary,
Maharashtra circle took a class on History of Postal trade union movement. More
than 150 delegates from Maharashtra circle attended. Com. A B Shivtare, ACS,
Pune region addressed welcome speech of the study camp and Com. S J Mane
Divisional Secretary RMS B Division gave vote of thanks. After Study camp the
Circle working council meeting was started after study camp on 12-01-2014 to
13-01-2014. All Divisional Secretaries, Branch Secretaries and leaders
addressed in the circle working council meeting. Discussion hold on New Postal
Policy, L1 &L2, SPC Hubs, new intra circle SPC Hubs, R Net Hubs, SPC &
CRC Norms, New Parcel Hubs, MNOP, MACP Problems, Mobilization on Charter of demands of strike
dated 12th & 13th
February 2014 demanding 1. DA Merger, 2.
Interim Relief, 3. Rescind PFRDA Act 4. Date of 7th CPC w. e. from
01-01-2014 and other demands and decided grand success of coming strike. Com H
M Gedam Circle secretary has
concluded the circle working council with all challenges and
achievements of circle union. The Circle
working council ended with the presidential speech of Com. Belnekar Vice
president, Maharashtra circle.
